How do I place an order?
For products online simply select your chosen design, fill out the order form with your details, and check out securely. You will receive a confirmation email.
For customised orders, please contact or email us. We will work with you to create the cake of your dreams.
How far in advance should I place an order?
Please order at least 7 days prior to your event for the styles we have online. Customised cakes should typically be ordered at least 4 weeks in advance.
My event is in less than a week. Can I place a last minute order?
Email us with your request as detailed as possible and we will do our best to accommodate. Please note an extra fee may be applied for urgent orders.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we offer local delivery on weekends (Saturday & Sunday only). All cakes are delivered to you by our experienced drivers. Please see ‘Shipping Information’ below for more details.
Can I pick up the cake myself?
Yes, we allow FREE pick-up from our studio in Eastwood NSW 2122 any day of the week. Please select the pick-up option at checkout and notify us about your chosen pick-up date and time.
Can I write a personalised message on the cake?
Yes. We can write on the cake board with a limit of three words, eg: “Happy Birthday John.” Please write the message in the “Note to Baker“ section when placing your order.
Can I order a cake that I saw on your Instagram?
Yes! Please contact us via email. We are glad to customise for you to make your event special.
What if I need to change/cancel my order?
Please notify us of order changes at least 7 days prior for styles in our online shop and 4 weeks for customised styles. For change of date, we will try our best to adjust to your new date. For cancelation, we can refund via bank transfer. Please note there is a non-refundable 15% admin fee for cancellations.
Do you accomodate to dietary requests?
Yes, we offer nut-free options. Please contact us for more information.

Further than 25km — Please email us with your address information and we will create a custom delivery quote for you.
If you are unsure if we deliver to your area or which delivery range you qualify for, please contact us via email or Instagram to double check.
Free Pick Up is available from our Eastwood studio any day of the week by appointment. Address will be provided after ordering.
