How To Order A Cake From Our Website
As an experienced cake boutique founded in 2017, we’ve made hundreds of delicious and beautiful cakes for people all over Sydney. We’ve chosen our best-loved designs and popped them onto our website for you — there’s a reason they’re the most popular.
We understand that ordering a customisable cake online isn’t something you get used to doing, so we’ve listed these easy-to-follow steps on how to order from our website from start to finish.
Choose your cake from our ‘Cakes’ tab (https://www.tellcakeboutique.com/shop)
Select your desired cake size / number of servings from the drop-down options, then click Add To Cart.
An Order Form will pop up. Here, you can choose a flavour & colour palette. (If you have another colour palette in mind, please write it in the ‘Note To Baker’ section.) Then select a delivery date & time frame, as well as your phone number so we can contact you when our driver has arrived (or to organise a collection time if you selected Pick Up from Eastwood)
Checkout using your desired form of payment. You will be able to fill out your address & contact information at this stage.
And you’re done! Remember to have someone at your delivery address to collect your cake at the specified date & time. If you’re picking it up from our studio, please arrive at the organised time.
